Haven’t been given appraisal for 2 years, no work life balance, top management is given a good amount of salary, the lower management is only given pressure and no compensations. Only given false hopes, please do not join this company

This organisation is good for people who like to praise their reporting managers and the ones who don't have self respect. Those ones will surely grow financially. Forget the learning path because that's nill.

Dislikes

Leadership team is running a circus led by bunch of people who are associated with the company for 10 plus years and are only here to get self appraised year on year. Hire and Fire is a mantra for the ones sitting at leadership level.

Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.

Dislikes

Lack of training which ultimately leads to bad performance and blame the employee for not working well. This leads to PIP and if you complete the task, they wont be satisfied from what you have delivered. And finally you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers. No or very less salary hikes. Unnecessary time consuming mandates. No work life balance.

The work itself was mundane, which was amplified by crazily tight deadlines that affected quality. Besides, the company did not have a defined HR policy and decisions were made at the whim of the top management.

Company has no ethics - they hired me ( a IT consultant - who has never done sales ) for a sales role just due to a good profile and knowledge bt manipulating and lying about the offerings and what would be expected job role.
