The main reason for giving joining this organization was growth. I was aware of the solutions it offers and it was great to know that it has many clients. over these years, I got to work with a number of them. For certain, growth has been achieved and it has still not come to rest.

Dislikes

Work-life balance may be affected when a team member is on a long leave and the load falls on me.

Throughout the week, schedule flexibility is observed. It is easy to manage the work when there is no rigidity regarding the schedule. Although work deadlines are determined by the managers, I can decide how to complete a task. Achieving mental is, therefore, not a challenge. The managers are more than understanding and make work stress-free.

I communicate with my colleagues via email. Some of them take more than a day to respond.

Markelytics has a strong culture that motivates me to work here. It is maintained well and ensures a sense of belonging. I am not originally based in this city. It was only for this job that I relocated from Northeastern India to Mumbai. Yet, I never felt excluded from the team. The employees here are friendly and always make me feel included.

Learning is only one of the benefits of working here. Rich exposure is another thing I look forward to. I have always received opportunities to work with big clients Projects are fairly distributed as per the interest and abilities of employees. There are other benefits as well such as fun events. Although festive leaves are given, I enjoy celebrating occasions with my colleagues.

Initially, work-life balanced was great. After a year too, there is nothing that affects this balance. We work on so many projects. But the deadlines are achievable and the workload isn't high. There is a consistent balance between my personal and professional life. It is very satisfying to work in such an office where personal life is not interfered with.

Induction programs should be longer and better when new employees join so that more can be learned about them

I've worked in offices where I was the only software developer. In this office though, there is a proper team of developers. Work division is thoughtfully done to avoid high pressure on a single employee. New resources are added as projects or tasks increase. The company has good and practical ways to provide work life balance to its employees.

Dislikes

We have a big cafeteria in the office. There are also some food options. But mostly, there are for vegetarians and not non- vegetarians

Employee can work freely and flexibly. The management does not intervene very much. I learned to work with accountability, thanks to this system of trust. Team Leads are quite experienced here. The same is true for managers also. Moreover, they know how to keep the employees together. When we work in teams, a lot of understanding is needed. It is also required to coordinate well with everyone. When leads and managers are good at their jobs, teamwork becomes very smooth. I never had to undergo any problems due to such seniors.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
