The main reason for giving joining this organization was growth. I was aware of the solutions it offers and it was great to know that it has many clients. over these years, I got to work with a number of them. For certain, growth has been achieved and it has still not come to rest.

Work-life balance may be affected when a team member is on a long leave and the load falls on me.

My journey as a software developer has actually begun with this company. I have gained professional experience here. I got to work in an atmosphere that is really positive. The team celebrates achievements and learns from any failure. Most importantly, no one blames any one person when projects don't go as planned.

The company has good perks to offer. Markelytics has one of the best teams and every member understands his/her duties. Because of this, work gets equally distributed and I don't feel any stress. The environment is better than my expectations.

In the interview, I was told that I was selected. I was also ready for early joining. But my joining was decided 2 weeks later by the company.

This company's top management is excellent. The employees respect its decisions. When the employees have any suggestions, the top management definitely gives a thought to them. the leaders are knowledgeable. They are great at planning the work with effectiveness. A few employees may try to influence you in a bad way. But you need to trust HR, managers, and your instincts.

My interview was pretty smooth. I got to know enough the company to be able to imagine myself working in it for a long-time. The colleagues are good. I did not interact with many but a lot of them are friendly. HR team makes life easy here.

Too much work makes me exhausted on some days. There are not many activities in the office to relax my mind.

Even Though perks are available for the employees, policies for health can be added. During this pandemic, these policies can be quite useful.

If you like to learn, then this is the right place to work at. There is an abundance of projects. You might also want to take interest in tasks outside your profile. The company encourages that and lets you learn such tasks too. Work pressure is manageable.

Not many things to dislike. But if you have any issues, HR can fix them for you.

I was not lucky enough earlier to find a company with good management. Mainly, I worked in startups or small companies then tried their best to manage things but weren't able to. A good thing at Markelytics is that the management is strong, skilled, and transparent too. it is best in every aspect that I can think of.

Markelytics Solution managers handle several processes. They ensure that everything is done with transparency. Along with this, they treat the employees as humans, not machines. Only that much load is given that they can deal with.

Dislikes

Please increase the number of sick leaves allowed. This can be a big relief for employees who have many duties but are unable to attend office when sick.

The organization has different teams. I am familiar with most employees in these teams. Although I don't work with all of them, they are helpful and nice. On a few occasions, I got to connect with the managers and bosses as well. Our communication went well. I am getting to work on different projects and the work is quite intersting.
