The only thing to like about MAQ software is it's Hyderabad office interior and that's it. There's nothing to like about this sh*thole company.

1. They will tell you that you need to work for 9 hrs daily but they will make you work for more than 12 hrs daily. Even if you finish your assigned tasks and go home your seniors will complaint about this to your manager. 2. They discriminate salaries based on the college you are from. They will pay more to students from premier colleges even if you are on the same team, doing the same work and giving the same time to the company you will be paid half. 3. They will turn off ACs at 5 but you need to work for 12 hrs. Spend 9 hrs in AC and the rest hours sweat like hell and do your work. You can't complain this to anyone. 4 Freshers need to come to office @Sat also because of bootcamps. Their logic is to assign you to a project without giving you a proper introduction to the project and train you at Saturday's so you are basically working on a project on the weekdays and on Saturday you are learning. And BTW The learnings on Saturday May or May not be based on your domain. They have 3 modules Azure, PowerBI and Front end which didn't align with my domain so it was no use for me 5. If you think you will learn something while working for this company trust me you won't. This company doesn't do any brainstorming, there are no development projects going on and they are a modern day Khaata making company. All they do is build power bi reports for their clients. 6. The seniors here are a backstabber they won't teach you anything and will complaint about you if you start asking questions or clarifications about your tasks so you are your own. And if they do any mistakes they will blame you for that. 7. The project managers here are the worst managers they don't even know the meaning of being a manager. They won't listen to you all they know is if there is an escalation on you, you will be scolded like a child and they won't hear your side....Read More

Work culture is pathetic. Management is pathetic. Work life balance is pathetic. Policies are pathetic. No seniors. No support from upper management. No hybrid. They will force you to Work OT and will keep on pressurizing you till you resign. 80% of the staff changes in every month. Number of resignations are way more than number of hires. Micromanagement is at top level. For freshers, knowledge review sessions, TPM (Rakam) will threat you that I will fire you in this sessions and called you puppet of company. Moral is this knowledge sessions is that you will not get any knowledge. If you are new great place to learn, abrupt requirements by clients and long working hours will make you a hard worker, who can do anything anytime no issue, as this is expected with you as well

Appraisal are not based on work you are doing which generallly goes upto 10 hrs daily and no it is not team dependent it is what MAQ operates upon, it depends upon 4 courses per quater, wheter you are contributing to internal tools, listening to someone speak in friday's morning 8:30's meeting/lecture, If you are in some other location than your team lead your work will never be communicated by bootlickers over their they will take full credit for your work, Over all it is great place to learn for 1-1.5 year the longer you stay here weird, toxic this place becomes, no matter what work you do how much you do, You can always do more.
