There is no Job Security, Manager will force you to resign. Average working hours was long from 9AM-8PM. I even worked from 9AM-10PM on around 25% days. Think before joining because here techstacks like Power BI will not be used in different companies if you are aiming to switch for big MNCs. In the interview of different companies which you will be giving during Switch time, there will be nothing to say about projects on which you worked at MAQ. Cons are much more here: 1. You need to report before 8:59 am, otherwise you are marked late by the software, be it in winters, summers or any other weather. 2. The above mentioned late thingy will affect your increment cycle, a reason to not to give a single raise. 3. Director of this company dances on everyone's head, don't you dare to open your mobile phone in front of him 4. You need to divide your time for work, like this item should be done in this amount of hours, then other should be in some amount, and if you are remaining with some time, you shouldn't waste it, just keep learning. 5. Not a single work from home day available, you need to write tons of email to get a single wfh day. 6. No sick leaves, no differentiated leaves, just 2 per month, and that also you'd have to ask your concerned manager 1000s of times to take, and if you take without asking, it's disobedience. 7. They have also restricted the govt holidays, you need to choose which holidays you are supposed to take day off, and this is supposed to be chosen for a whole year beforehand. 8. Factors that can affect your increment cycle: Late coming, not attending weekly learning hour from Office at 8am (everyday on Friday), not getting reflected among the teammates, not completing LDP goals (some courses you are supposed to finish every quarter), taking too many leaves, toxic teammates, not doing extra tasks live dev work (managers give you on a wage basis), spending too much time outside the office even if the work is done and many more. There's none to get a perfect increment here. I hope that whosoever is reading this, by God's grace shouldn't join this company, you'd be regretting much more than being unemployed. Their work culture is so bad they don't value employees and their health as well they are only concerned about their work needs to be done. In case of emergency or personal problem they will not allow work from home at all.They don't have laptops to give to their employees they provide desktop mostly so that you can not ask for WFH.For employees wellness they don't have anything the cafeteria is also so small nothing is their they mix water alot in coffee machine. They only have one TT table that too they put eye on you how much break you are taking and plying TT. They torcher their employees put them in self doubts instead to motivating them. If you have money to survive few days ,then please do not go to MAQ. Most of the seniors are working in the same kind of projects for years. If you stay in MAQ about 1 year, you will get to know the difference between your skill set and your friends. Juniors are bullied in MAQ by seniors and managers. They create some groups in Teams and call juniors "bakhra" "Konse bakhre ko kaam Dena h, konse bakreko pelna h" most of the managers are also like to bully juniors. Most of the seniors and managers are here because they have not gotten a chance in another company. I would say my experience in MAQ is very very bad. Each and every seniors are unable to switch to another company so they stay here and wait for the time to become a manager. And at last if you are unlucky(do not know about corporate politics),you have to work 15 hours hours a day....Read More
