you will work under a client pressure environment and tight deadlines and be ready to get scolded if the deadline is missed. Working house is no less than 12 hours and sometimes it goes up to 16-17. They will force you to learn at least 2-3 things concurrently on weekends and you will end up not learning even a single one of them. The Tech stack is pretty old school. this company pays you well, you get bi annual appraisal. But don't join if you are looking for career growth and learning. They will make you do all kinds of modules in their internal learning paths but won't give you experience on those learning and techs. Company's higher management's behavior is like let go, let's keep doing whatwe are doing. During interview they will tell you all sorts of thing we do this, we do that but honestly what they majorly do is provide support. I have been working here for past 1.5 years and for more than a year they have kept me in night shift. And even after asking them for many times they are not changing my shift or my project, and apparently it was my first job.
