I dislike Everything about this company and job but stuck here... Want to leave it from here but due to working for long in this company I am only good for office politics and dead end technology that nobody wants... All I can do is make others lives miserable but that is the only way to survive in this company

The entire company is run by sadists who believe that making employees work like donkeys is something to be proud about. - Awful work-life balance. - Being forced to attend pointless meetings, and training courses which are worthless. - Some managers and team leads are really abusive here, people put in PIP frequently. - Slow careergrowth since majority of the work here is PowerBI and Excel Pivots. The role "Software Engineer" is misleading since there is no "software" here. - No WFH options, a tactic used to retain employees. You'd be better off joining another company even with a lower pay. This is the worst company. Please don’t join, as there is a lot of office politics, especially when it comes to appraisals. The workload is excessive, and if you don’t meet expectations, your senior will harass you during the morning huddle. There is no professionalism, and it’s more like a ‘Lala’ company.

Even if you have spend 24 hours trying to find something positive about this company, the only word you''ll come up with is NOTHING.

The Co. can only be described as beyond toxic. The extreme micro management creates an oppressive atmosphere where employee feels suffocated. The Director who claims that he comes from ''D E A D MAN F A M I L Y'' expects everyone to mirror this lack of empathy. Praise is reserved not for hard work or efforts, but for those who engage in cheap politics and b o o t licking. Employee Safety and security seems like an afterthought; female employees are asked to wear a stole or dupatta as the building is still in construction stage and there are no proper safety arrangements. Further all employees are expected to come by 8:30 AM and stay until 6:00 PM which is unreasonable especially given the lack of cab facilities to get home and no AC on Saturday. Carry your own FAN with your name written or else that might get stolen too. Its as if we are expected to work like s l a v e s without consideration of our well being. Senior Employees never support their colleagues, often engage in back talk and insults that lead to emotional trauma. If you make a mistake, such as sharing confidential information, having a physical fight, abusing your other colleagues in front of everyone but are skilled at b o o t licking then you will face no consequence. Conversely, the smallest error by those who don't conform can lead to severe repercussions. The Director demands adherence to processes while frequently breaking them himself. Don't expect any person to stand up for whats right; they seem more focused on making life miserable than supporting. The real issue lie not with the CEO, but with those who are in charge in his absence, who propagandize such toxic environment.
