College are very supportive, no matter which department they're in.

Department culture was not good, i seriously regret my decision to join mmi. AVP HR Head is not a good person for people who wants to build there career specially girls.... He will threatened u, he misbehave with you, he will bring your personal stuffs to demotivate u and ofcourse he will not appraise u if u will not work accordingly to him(u know what I mean)....... Work-life balance is not the top priority for management. No work from home is available even if a person is not well, not even in special cases. Your growth will be team-dependent.

"Honestly, I have some concerns about MapmyIndia's work culture. Seniors often prioritize their own experience over fresh ideas from younger colleagues. During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.
