"Honestly, I have some concerns about MapmyIndia's work culture. Seniors often prioritize their own experience over fresh ideas from younger colleagues. During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.

Should have had longer work from home and maybe alternative days of work but govt. asked to open offices in full capacity, so can't blame

All Saturdays should have been off and there should have been more leaves available, hit maybe after one year completion, leaves imcrease

The only thing good in this company is that they give 4/5 of holiday in diwali festival.

Nothing is good here, like now if they want then they can give us the WFH but no they are calling us to come to the office and work from here only. The management do not care for their Employees and Manager don't give a shit about you. You can't do anything during your work time like if you're talking to some other guy's in your office then Manager will call you and start shouting at you for that. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
