The dogs outside the office. They were cute.

worked for 3 years and this is what it felt like: NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE 1) HR doesn't know how to talk politely. She is good at sarcasm. 2) Team was good but the manager and his lady(teammate). they both always asked us to "expaaand" the hours. She complained about her seniors for the same behavior that she had. Although her boss wasfar better than her. She tells her senior(the manager) what will be the office timings for us. 3) they both sit together and gossip all day and if you talk to someone even about your work, you will get to hear some really mean and rude things. 4) cafeteria has nothing and there are no good coffee(they hide the milk after a few hours to save money) 5) no knowledge gain as we were forced to work on the same thing and asked to learn new things after office time. 6) you work late ( nothing will be said) , you arrive five mins late( the managers will go crazy)...Read More

MMI offers job security upto a great extend if you have good skills. Apart from that you might end up getting a good project through which your learning graph might be good. But this depends up o the project and your product manager.

Dislikes

Teammates - A lot of internal politics. Career growth - Stagnant after a time since they find reasons to delay your increment and also block a huge amount of your salary which they'll give before your next review which is a terror. Learning - Average. Innovation - Null. They are old schooled and think that completing working ours ismore important than the actual work. Work-life balance - No bonus for stretching yourself beyond working hours but if you leave 30 mins early then there's a problem....Read More
