Good for enthusiastic ,self-motivated employees who are ready to go the extra mile to take up responsibilities. Employees like working here because of the comfort zone that they find. Lots of efforts taken from the HR side to keep the employees engaged and connected. Some employees lack values and professionalism, this may be interpreted as a lack of values in the organisation as a whole. A lot of jugaad is appreciated and lack of best practices being followed which leads to a lot of tech debts which ends up being a pain for the next person who takes up the role. If you are talented and confident in your ability, there's a good chance that you may feel lost and feel like you can do better....Read More
