Some employees lack values and professionalism, this may be interpreted as a lack of values in the organisation as a whole. A lot of jugaad is appreciated and lack of best practices being followed which leads to a lot of tech debts which ends up being a pain for the next person who takes up the role. If you are talented and confident in your ability, there's a good chance that you may feel lost and feel like you can do better....Read More
