There is no job security, I joined there in jan 2023 and got laid off in less than a year, because they don’t have projects much, same with other employees 1-2months they layoff. If you don’t have project why you even hiring. Also salary is never at time, you will receive salary in 2 parts sometimes 30-70 ratio sometimes 50-50 ratio, when other companies employees get salary for next month our due gets cleared for previous months. No benefits. They also will say that 10% is your retention bonus but will never pay you that. If in case you get laid off remuneration also they won’t pay you.
