Dislikes

Asking to work on Saturdays without compensation and any benifit. Did not pay salary of last two months. Expect employee to be on time, work extra hours with out paying the basic salary for more than two months. Expect excellent quality of work with bare minimum resources. Yelling at employees and humiliation is a quite normal for CEO of the firm. Even restroom breaks are monitored by HR. All corporate rules are applied for Employees but the firm doesn't follow any of them....Read More
