The higher management is not good. Do not expect to receive your incentives because they are often not paid out. I worked there approximately 3 years but never had my incentive policy clarified. The incentive policy is not transparent. Incentives are often delayed, and increments typically range from 5% to 7% at most, even if you'rean excellent performer. Slow growth.
