Once after completing the initial project, got placed in NCNB-IT project. There manpower hired a manager who is ZERO knowledge in Recruitment field. And being a manager instead of motivating the team, he started taunting the team about their weaknesses and internal team divisions and all. And Team lead also demotivating only. Instead of helping the team about the concerns, they are talking one side and forcing team to work, which lead the team to get lazy and looses their interest for their roles....Read More

Its an awesome place ton work because there is too much to learn here. Responsibilities taken have to be delivered, work life balance is there, plus you get to earn huge incentives, only draw back is appraisal is terribleb

They provide snacks on last working day of every month.

They don't have any moving cleints..only a few having bulk openings .no job satisfaction.no work life balance. They will ask you to work on every Saturday. The team members/ the team leaders don't even co-operate. Do not join this organisation if you are looking for a good working culture organisation. the team leaders doesn't allowtheir team members to leave office on time.if you are stretching your working hours that means you are working orelse not....Read More
