Once after completing the initial project, got placed in NCNB-IT project. There manpower hired a manager who is ZERO knowledge in Recruitment field. And being a manager instead of motivating the team, he started taunting the team about their weaknesses and internal team divisions and all. And Team lead also demotivating only. Instead of helping the team about the concerns, they are talking one side and forcing team to work, which lead the team to get lazy and looses their interest for their roles....Read More
