Working as a business analyst at manomay has been a good experience. There's a lot to learn, and the team is super supportive. I have been worked on different projects, which keeps me interesting. The flexible hours and WFH options are big plus. Sometimes the workload is heavy, especially at the start, but the leads and training provided is helpful there. The team out here is a very young and dynamic bunch of people. There are a lot of opportunities given to learn and its an everyday learning work. Decent compensation and hike.

Dislikes

Its a very small team and one person being the deciding factor. More of people oriented than processes. Strict on work timings particularly the in-time. You can stretch beyond the working hours in the night but next day you have to be in on time (no flexibility in work timings). The option to work from home is given without any hierarchy to everyone in the team even if they don't want to work from home. No work-life balance....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Disgrace of a company.

Dislikes

Do not consider this company in your wildest dream. It is nothing but a disgrace everything is lie over here. I regret joining over here . It is a jail. HR is dumb, policies are dumb, and the management is the dumbest one, though I still don't know why they call it management, there are only 2 ladies.

Zero job security, poor management. If the upper management is unable to bring any new project they will terminate you by saying some illogical reason. It is their inefficiency but they are the one who runs the company so no one can sue them. Though there are no management body as such only 2 people run the company. 1) No job security is there. 2) There is no proper structure of management. 3) No guarantee that you will get the variable pay or not as it is a part of your salary structure. 4) Most important thing is that if you join as a fresher/experienced there is no clarity who is the person will take the decision from higher authority regarding your work, mainly when you will be on review. 5) Leave policy is very bad. Casual Leave=12 days in a year (if experienced 15) and if you are coming from other state WFH should be 10 in a year (In a year you will get 2 time (5+5) slot wise....Read More
