I am not able to find anything to say about this. Previously they are taking care of quality work but now they are taking for working hours only.

1 ) They provide morning and evening snacks. 2) They provide 6 months training to the freshers (technical stuff related to PHP and JS) 3) If you are a fresher and want a good initial package in Indore (around Rs. 20,000/-month) then it would be your option. 4) You will get your Salary on time.

Dislikes

1) Purely PHP based Company (Magento/Wordpress Based) 2) If you want to work on latest cutting edge technologies like Node, Angular, React or Python then this company is NOT for you. 3) Projects on which they are working are mainly based on Magento and Wordpress. 4) Strict Incoming Timings (NO flexible hours) 5) No "Work from home" policy. 6) Bond Agreement for Freshers (Upto 3 Years and Rs. 1 Lakh as a security deposit) and for experienced candidate (1.5 Years of Bond) 7) You will be forced to work on the technologies and projects of their choice. 8) They will deduct half day salary if you come late more 3 times in a month. 9 ) Long working hours (9:30 hours working). 10) No extra bonus/income for doing overtime. 11) Some Saturday's are working to compensate holidays (such as major festivals). 12) Here, Testers/QA only knows Manual testing (No Automation testing) 13) They don't provide paid leaves during training period. 14) Less Increments, and If you are already an experienced IT guy then there will be no future/career growth. 15) Along with bong agreement, they also take class 10th & 12th original mark-sheets from freshers & keep with themselves. This policy is unethical & illegal. 16) Huge Communication gap between Higher Management and employees. 17) Poor managment & Project Managers are not helpful. 18) As a Trainee (Fresher), you will only get Rs. 10,000 (for 6 Months) 19) Less increment (Yearly increment ranges from Rs. 2000-4000). 20) They don't respect the individual talent, they just put you into their predefined salary brackets. 21) Here, the management not realizes the true value of an employee until he/she resigns. 22) Once you get increment/appraisal, you can't leave company for next 6 months. My Advice - If you don't want to stuck in PHP ecosystem then try to grab a job in companies which are working on latest cutting edge technologies such as Python, Django, MERN, MEAN, Blockchain etc....Read More

Only one thing is good you learn and grow your skills but this can be done anywhere else. they also enforce fake reviews on Google and Glassdoor.

Very BAD company, they enforce to RESIGN and do not give the last 2 month's SALARY. they TERMINATE small reasons or without reasons. and they do not give your experience letter. very bad working environment and there are 4 team leads of which 2 are balanced and 2 are bad. only one thing is GOOD you can LEARN and grow your Skills butthis can be done anywhere else.
