The company allows to develop & learning skill even if your are unskilled, the managers have great knowledge in their respective fields.

Dislikes

The company expect you to work 12-15 hours on daily basis which eventually affects your work-life balance. Also the employees are unsatisfied with the career growth opportunities & job security.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
