Working at DigiSME for the past year as a Ui/UX Designer has been a mix of learning, challenges, and growth. The supportive team culture and the chance to work on real-world HRMS solutions have been highlights, helping me sharpen my skills and gain confidence. While there’s flexibility and a focus on innovation, I’ve noticed areas for improvement, such as enhancing individual recognition.
