Absolutely zero work-life balance. People work here 12-14 hours a day on a daily basis for 7 days a week. Week-offs are far-fetched, no week-offs. Absolute partiality exists within branches. Incentive criteria is absolutely terrible. No support from branches and there are people who always will try to feed on other's work. No national holidays. People work here continuously without a single day off for 2-3 months regularly....Read More
