Role & responsibilities

• Proficient in swiftly completing / ramping up hotel projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters and Quality.
• Responsible for Managing the execution of projects, encompassing civil construction and interior design works, until handover to the operation department.
• Reviewing all the architect, structural drawings, workout & validate requirements of MEP, Interior & Civil works to ensure value engineering to be done for all the works during planning stage of project.
• Conducting daily briefing with Site Team Leaders, reporting work progress, resolving discrepancies, working on testing & commissioning of the installation, and ensuring technical aspects of projects are strictly complied as per terms of contract, specifications, contract drawing & BOQ.
• Preparing tender documents, creating initial scheme to optimize system, organizing meetings, and managing Value Engineering for project with Value Engineering Consultant
• Coordinating assisting with vendors, contractors & consultants for executing the works at the site
• Responsible in the preparation of MSP Schedule for projects & monitor activities as per the schedule and managing time variations
• Implementing cost-saving techniques/measures and modifications for reducing expenditures and increasing operational profits
• Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance for ensuring satisfactory execution of projects
• Coordinating with local authorities for obtaining various licenses for the hotel like fire NOC, Consent to operate, occupancy certificate & operating licenses , if required.
• Responsible For Coordinating for Bill Verification and Certification
• Responsible for Monitoring the completion of snagging/ de-snagging of all the areas & handover the hotel to the operation team with all requisite handover documents like test reports, as built drawings, commissioning reports, O&M manuals, site test reports

Project Completion Accountability: Accountable for completing projects on time and within budget constraints
