Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction new hotel projects. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will oversee various aspects of the construction process, including design, permitting, budget management, and quality control Design Oversight: Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure that hotel construction projects meet design specifications and brand standards. Permitting: Manage the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, ensuring workmanship and materials meet quality standards. Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and manage contractors and vendors, overseeing their work and ensuring timely project completion. Communication: Regularly update hotel management and stakeholders on project progress and any potential issues. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Change Management: Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. Safety and Compliance: Ensure construction sites adhere to safety standards and regulations. Handover and Closeout: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth transition to hotel management.
Requirement: Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus. 10 + Years of experience Proven experience as a construction project manager in the hotel industry or similar. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
