Few friendly teammates. Great place to learn, as nobody is there to guide you in the right direction.

Dislikes

Salary very low compared to industry standards. Not enough time for development and hell lot of pressure for developing, maintaining and updating the application. No senior developer to guide in right direction. Those who are in as senior has zero knowledge about the technologies we are working with. Nobody will appreciate for our dedication and hard work. We have to deal with system administration even though dedicated tech teams are available. Company treat us as school students, coz no developers with different technology can't talk inside office(*esp, boys with girls or vise versa). No proper appraisals. If you're staying nearby you need to come and work @late night or holidays if any application error occurs....Read More
