Role & responsibilities

• Good in English Communication.
• Able to Read, Write & Speak in Spanish. C1 / C2 / M.A.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets its goals and deadlines.
• Provide training, support, and mentoring to team members.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive team environment.
• Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management.
• Manage team resources, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
