There is lot of politics. Salary is decent but Career growth is Slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Initially i work Revenue and Billings in MSEDCL at deori divisions than transferred to pusad division i works to employee suspense account . I help to others employee WIP/WCR,TI/PI all accounts related work . Exception only tax matter

There is no growth, no fast promotion channel, nothing value of your skills knowledge. No decision making power to non technical employees specially HR cadare. Only Pain, No gain! I regret today, it was formally had got insulted and embarrassed during this period. 1. They didn't provide Engineer apprentice training as I had been working with DBA employees, whereas diploma apprentices had been providing well-training. 2. They had been provided a 5K stipend for Engineer Apprentice which was much less, whereas the diploma trainees had got a stipend that was 11K which was double that of Engineer Apprentice. 3. Totally useless- 1-year time-wasting, No knowledge, No experience for fresher engineers. 4.
