For beginners in remote sensing or GIS in agriculture, it's good for learning.

Dislikes

No growth, contractual work with no job security, high level of politics from permanent employees. Salary issues, no increment, no proper office management or environment. Everyone is in same designation but priority is given to the one who knows politics....pls choose something else if u have option. Pathetic work culture. Director is a dictator...
