As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Company culture is very poor, since its a small company, the highest person in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. 🔍 Is your company running on employee F&F settlements, or is the Home Interiors Division so strapped for cash that it can't even reimburse employees for their own invested money, let alone the settlement amount? 1️⃣ During probation, you impose a 1-month notice period—employees accept. 2️⃣ You ask employees to invest their own money in a fest that benefits the company, and then don't even bother to reimburse them—employees still agree. 3️⃣ You set a 90-day F&F settlement period, which was never mentioned in the offer letter, and then breach that agreement despite continuous follow-ups. And as if that’s not enough, you deduct the PF amount twice from employees and misrepresent it as a company contribution—without notifying anyone. Are you running a business or a scam? Employees are starting to wonder. The new labor laws are clear: F&F should be settled within 2 working days from the Last Working Day. Yet, here employees are struggling even after 90 days. I’m not even asking for the so-called F&F—just return my invested money. I think the best part in my own segment helpdesk is that all the seniors are very helpful and they create a zone for everyone where they can grow and exhale there limits to learn more.

The major disadvantages which i see is all the benefits perks are available for on-roll positions and the saddest part is all the activities,all the fest, all the decorations at the time of any function are available for them in head office but the employees who are working in off-roll position never gets a chance to enjoy all this and i think all the employees in Helpdesk needs to be promoted for an on-roll position because it is the back of Magicbricks to handel all the escalation and all the agents/builder and owner/buyer they have more than enough knowledge to Hold a On-roll position....Read More

This company management doesn't even have the basic sense to hike their employees salary. Society call them business man 🤣 LoL. There imagine is like we are getting paid only to question and pressure the people who are working under me. There's no business contribution from Few unfit manager.
