Worst management Uneven Salary Politics by seniors and they took credit for others work. Sales oriented company not technology oriented. Managers of technology are not from technical background.

As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Dislikes

Company culture is very poor, since its a small company, the highest person in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. The company is in dark era now. Thank God I'm leaving.

I'm serving notice period and feeling very blessed to leave this company. Technology Head and Recruitment Head are creating immense negativity on Tech Leads & Product Team. The people are leaving the organisation without service notice period. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
