There is nothing to learn here. If you're looking out for corporate experience then this organization is not for you. Saturday and Sunday are weekly off but they will make you come on Saturday and make you work, HR also knows about it but they are completely fine. Highly not recommended.

There is unrealistic work pressure ..Being in to sales you have to undertake operations work a bit like mailing with several issues ..issues doesn't get solved quick ..hence it is business centric organization and not employee centric organization and no additional perks as a sales person

5 day work culture although you might need to work on weekend to meet your target. Hardcore sale and target oriented firm. In house catering service. Your hierarchy wants business only if you do the same everything will be available for you.

Should really need to work on managers level. They simple takes order from higher management level and pass it to the sales persons. Some undeserving persons are on the managerial level who can not handle pressure and pass it to the sales team.
