It was awful culture and need to work on building good culture.

HR WHO TAKES CARE OF MUMBAI AND Pune branch, Priya Al is biased and most importantly she isn't following any HR practices instead she ruins the company culture by playing devil's advocate to show that she is the one who can control evrything. She provokes people if she doesn't like any leaders she will provoke people under them to damage team and make sure to defame them. This lady should is just ruining the culture and branch can't grow dur to such idiot people. Senior leadership is very political and removes people for saving own job and reputation. Insane behaviour and unethical practices in terms of employees reimbursement. Unwanted pressure and no fixed framework. Immature decision making . While company says Monday to Friday on document they ask you to work on Saturday's too. Irrational behaviour and most insane people who manage these branches. Can't believe such people are still at such a situation....Read More

It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
