This is the worst company I have ever seen. They just show off a great work culture on LinkedIn but in reality all the employees are frustrated. Many employees are forced to work on weekends and late nights. Less skilled employee having skill of buttering are leads and mentors here. Scrum master are become managers here. I am surprised that how is it certifed as Great Place to Work. They posts job openings on LinkedIn and in the same time they fire their employees giving the reason of so called ratings which is totally affected by their internal politics. They can promote anyone for their benifits but a skilled employee have to wait for this. The worst thing is they don't care about the employees at all.
