Some seniors are very supportive and very friendly. They will always available to help you but some are very rude they even never replied on the wishes.

Work culture. If employee works on 11-12 hrs in a 8hr shift then its okay but if employee take leave because of personal reasons then manager did fnf and said u r not the right fit for this position, you are nut working properly, you have quality issues etc etc.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. They just show off a great work culture on LinkedIn but in reality all the employees are frustrated. Many employees are forced to work on weekends and late nights. Less skilled employee having skill of buttering are leads and mentors here. Scrum master are become managers here. I am surprised that how is it certifed as Great Place to Work. They posts job openings on LinkedIn and in the same time they fire their employees giving the reason of so called ratings which is totally affected by their internal politics. They can promote anyone for their benifits but a skilled employee have to wait for this. The worst thing is they don't care about the employees at all. You can get few Friendly and Helpful collogues and which can make a you survive in the company. Also some of the projects are good and you can learn new technologies in it.

I don't like the way they treat there employees especially at the time of appraisals, first they delay the appraisal cycle for 4-5 months every year and they rate you based on how you greet your managers or yours leads not on the basis for your work or any client appreciations.
