No proper process within a team all tasks comes at a time and you will overloaded No work life balance No appreciation and certificates or motivation for good work Their is no login and logout time as multiple teams are spreaded across different place in world so due to time zone you have to stretch

Even there is a Malayali Team Manager with no Team at all. No projects are ever successful, No one have Dollar vision towards a project. Female colleagues face many issues, they are not promoted or supported until they find a JL5 or JL6 to support them. They promote nepotism in the worst manner.
