Maersk have good working culture in term of knowledge, they have end to end process with good client support. They provide good support in terms of personal life, have good policies like Group insurance of employee & parental insurance. Diversity policy etc. Good fringe benefits like food & travel

Dislikes

Company needs to work on conflict of interest like appraisal, promotion & selection. Employee lobbing will lose good employee & their trust.

Maersk gsc captive BPO. It always welcome PPL with extra skills and who are ambitious in their career. It has broken the myths like PPL who are well versed in communication can grow up the ladder. It not so with very good process skills and average and below average communication can take you until a lead level. However these things depends on your reporting manager and management as well

The compensation and hikes and promotions are very poor for the long tenured resources. And there is no concept of vacation leaves and other government holidays for users and it's exceptional only for leads and managers.

Manager are supportive but when increment letter or promotion time comes, manager are giving irrelevant excuses.

Dislikes

External hiring is stopped in case if anyone resigns they won't rehire any new employee from outside instead they are promoting internal employees. In case if vacancy didn't get filled from internal sources then they are dividing that task to the rest of all the employees which is very frustrated for all.
