Dislikes

Oh my god. Where to start. The founder is a pot head and has no control on her mood swings. Sanchita is the one who makes life difficult for everyone working in this company. Nothing creative or innovative.

There's absolutely nothing good about this company. All the staff are overworked and there's no reward or appreciation for the work. Appraisals are not even a topic they want to discuss. They try their best to avoid giving any appraisals. They have been working with freelancers and interns. Not one single team is the same for more than a month. They expect you to work overtime and there are no compensations for that too....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
