I feel honoured as well as proud to have been associated with Macquarie. It is a company with strong leadership that is empathetic (one of the virtues that makes it strong). The culture is unmatched. They have a class about the way they go about it all. They had been a real support during Covid, with wfh arrangements, monetary support, what not.

1. The structure/organisation hierarchy for the Indian counterpart should mimic the Australian counterpart. The hierarchy in India seems to have step levels. 2. Increments are not the best/ below industry standards.
