Career growth could involve 50% politics. But your potential doesn't go unnoticed. Half of your salary goes in your clothing, grooming and transport, so don't be tricked by the digits you are offered. You get to travel once in 3 months for a day at least, accommodation is 5 star and cab charges are reimbursed. Be professional and keep yourself out of politics.
