1) Management is not supportive. Leaders are like seated on neck of every Pharmacist to complete the target without single mistake. 2) Leave managemnet is not good. 3) Workload is more and payment is less. 4) Leaders are like targetting each and every pharmacist every month and feel them frustrated to surrender. 5) even after 1/2 years of service the appraisal is not taken care. Every month salary credited, even you performed above the expectations is less. 6) No Bonus 7) No work appreciation 8) No rewards/awards 9) No hike 10) Pharmacist considered on lower level than doctors. 11) They allowed doctors to take leave on Saturday. Bt for Pharmacist they are not. 12) They could increase their way of professionalism. 13) they could increase their service. 14) Pharmacist has to do CC call, FDB call-with all parameters, GMeet calls, Inventory update. compare to this all work they are not giving salary to us. 15) IF we spend 1 min for 1 FDB call then that call point is not considered if user responded but we are unable to complete all parameters. that is waste of time. 16) company should provide assets to employee like Laptop and Mobile . 17 ) they allowed only 300 per month internet expense to each pharmacist and that too not paid to employee on time....Read More

Working in M-SWASTH SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd is very nice because it is a professional job, we sell products through North Bihar Gramin Bank. It feels like I am working in a bank and the best thing is our dear Tushar Sir. It is very nice to work with Tushar Sir.

There is nothing wrong with M-SWASTH SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd but we have very few e-clinics. There is a demand for e-clinics in every branch and the biggest problem is in data entry. M-Swath is requested to improve many things in the application so that customer data entry can be done easily and we can also know that this person has been enrolled and not this person.
