This could be the best place for those who are of a habit of working under pressure. It is mostly suited for ISTJ personality types. Although, the work culture is fabulous owing to company's cocurriculur acitivities for its employess.

Dislikes

Sales is not my cup of tea therefore this would be my dislike as well. I reiterate, doing sales can be the worst part for those who are not meant for it.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
