Good team mates.good cordination. No training.no job security at all.nit at all career growth.no salary increment or work apprsisal.no respects for the staff.feel like working as a labour.no friendly environment. No proper management at all.there is no team of HR management infact. Every rime the rules changes. Seat changes.positionchanges.no responsible manager.they dnt provide work satisfaction to rhe candiates. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TREATED WELL.they dnt provide any written proof or do legal documentation.. Team manager not productive.he dnt take initiative for the work at all....Read More

Very boring.Not much direct or big companies. Working on all manpower and small companies. They take any project without having its proper detail and try to push the candidates anyhow.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
