Culture is very bad especially in QC and QA. Some people have the pass to act rude especially Mr. Dinesh Kamble from QA. He gave me a lot of anxiety not even in college i experienced this unprofessional behavior. coordination is not there. still into paper system instead of paperless which is hectic. Going on time is considered crime here it seems. Work life balance is not there. you will get Sunday which will go in rest. when i left this company i was sick for at least 2 weeks. so i recommend to not opt for this company at all....Read More
