During lockdown all guidelines are followed by all employies including management. Whenever any employee take the leave that time twelve hours duty have to perform their colleagues. Immunity power can't be maintain due to more hours duty. Employee is frustrated during extra working hours. Healthy food is not served in canteen. Yearly increament slab is very low. Standard duration is not fixed for promoting the employee.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
