Company experience varies from team to team and location wise. So for my team experience was good but hr policies and no transparency in communications.

HR policies,no job safety , poor increments, terrible appraisal system.

Working hours per day is more than 9 hrs , 6 days week. No flexibility , strict login and logout times exceptions for managers. And no access to internet or personal mobile phones. Restricted outgoing calls through security.
