Lupin is innovational led transitional company , Training programme after joining is very Good 7 Days training in Lonavala Maharashtra [ UDBHAV] They are amazing programme .Number of Company Policies is good like mediclaim, Educational support ,marriage leave etc. overall Culture on shopfloowr is very Nice,. Working Hours is well.

Is good pharma company but some culture is very bad like security check at every employees, managers [enter,exit at Gate ] , means no respect of employees ., and second think is mobile not allowed in Gate., means our cell is kept in home., Bymistakely mobile in our pocket you not entry in Gate.? Like Harresment. Your package is nice but your Inhand salary is not inough, cutting is very High, Yearly Increament is not good....Read More
