Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. I valued the productive work culture, supportive team, and strong professional relationships built over time.

Dislikes

During my tenure at Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging.
