Company is very Good ,Excluding Indirect Tax dept. Which they dont count Team . Team will change after every year

When we working in Indirect Tax Updates are very important and their is no team discussion and update session . No recognation of work. Manger had no manners to talk . They dont even give farewell to employee. 1st day they give stamp to employee good ,bad , or very bad If you are talking expert Then u can servive. They didnt count executive as employee .

There is no job security, senior people in the team are showing negative image of the company.

It was very depressing to work in Indirect tax team during the Covid 19 pandemic, as the senior people showed their true colours. Working culture is poor. Note - Be aware while joining in Indirect Tax team at Lupin.
