I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. There are no job security, No good increment, No canteen facilities, No good transportation, Not availability of material, less educated staff and also take 1 to 1.5 year to get reliving letter. Also if company products didn't sell then they will close company untill next order come and not give salary for closer period.
