If you are fresher then you will not find any better company then this.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

A lot to dislike like - Micro Management - Internal politics...too too much politics - If you will complain this to HR or boss still no action and if you will do more complain then they will kick you out or will make you suffer till your last day in company - Low salary - Worst increment k>. But if you are having offer letter then you can get whatever you want but at the price of bond - Favoritism - Office environment like strict school. Can't even talk to your next guy. - No freedom at all. They will bind you to office and will ask what did you do for every second....Read More
