Dislikes

A lot to dislike like - Micro Management - Internal politics...too too much politics - If you will complain this to HR or boss still no action and if you will do more complain then they will kick you out or will make you suffer till your last day in company - Low salary - Worst increment. But if you are having offer letter then you can get whatever you want but at the price of bond - Favoritism - Office environment like strict school. Can't even talk to your next guy. - No freedom at all. They will bind you to office and will ask what did you do for every second.

Likes

-You do not have to worry about the work-life balance, Most of the employees are sitting idle with little to no work. - if someone is not getting job in the market this is the best company to join and start.but this should be the last option.

Dislikes

-The company relies heavily on outdated technology and shows no interest in adopting new advancements. -Employees are not encouraged to maintain industry standards, leading to a gap between their skills and market expectations. -Employee growth often hinges on favoritism rather than merit. -The policies in place are overly restrictive, more suited to a kindergarten than a professional workplace. -Voicing opinions is discouraged, almost treated as a transgression. -Employees are often terminated to cover up management's mistakes. -The focus is more on fun activities rather than professional development, with a dedicated Saturday for such events instead of self-improvement.
